Who we are

EUREPO Guernsey Ltd ("EUREPO", "we") coordinates aircraft repositioning and ferry-flight missions, based in Guernsey with a commercial presence in London. For any question about this notice or your data, contact jonas@jjsap.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

Mission briefs (Contact): your name, role, company, email, phone, and the aircraft, route, timing and mission details you provide.
Network applications (Careers): your name, contact details, profession, licences, ratings, aircraft types, availability and the professional background you submit, including any link you choose to share.
Basic analytics: aggregated, cookieless usage statistics (page views, country, device type) that do not identify you.

How we use it

We use mission briefs to assess and respond to your enquiry, and applications to evaluate whether your background fits our network. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and building our operational network, and — where you submit a form — your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form-processing service. Your information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its processing. Email jonas@jjsap.com and we will respond. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
